Labyrinth Pathways
Labyrinth pathways are specific treatment plans.
By using a number of therapies in combination, their aim is to provide an intense focused approach on a specific area/s, pertaining to the needs of the individual. Whilst on the pathway, the practitioner will discuss with you the best solutions for helping you move towards recovery and healing. The solutions may also involve advice and suggested actions for patients to carry out between treatments to further increase the overall therapeutic effect.
Pathway 1 - Musculoskeletal/Pain management - £65
The main focus of this pathway, is the treatment of injuries or diseases that have affected the muscles, joints and soft tissue. Priority is to provide reprieve from pain and/or to help increase mobility in areas where this may be affected.
This pathway will primarily use acupuncture and/or Craniosacral therapy. The additional treatments used in this pathway may include:
Massage
Cupping
Gua sha
Ear seeds
This pathway can help with:
Sports injuries
Sciatica
Fibromalgia
Numbness/paresthesia
Repetitive strain injuries
Osteoarthritis
Pathway 2 - Emotional/Mental health & Sleep issues - £65
The main focus of this pathway is to calm the Central Nervous System and helping the patient to relax. This is primarily achieved by moving, releasing stuck/stagnant energy throughout the body, a result of trauma or from the stresses/pressures of daily life.
This pathway will use both acupuncture and Craniosacral therapy. For those individuals who do not feel so comfortable with receiving acupuncture (for example they have a fear of needles), using Craniosacral therapy alone is more of a gentle approach, yet is equally effective.
The additional therapies used in this pathway may include:
Ear seeds
Visualisation techniques
Meditation techniques
